Resetting a Donor’s Login Information in Giving

 

If a donor needs to reset their login credentials, you can send them a password reset email.

How to Reset a Donor’s Password

  1. Navigate to the People Section – In your Organizational Dashboard, select the People tab.
  2. Find the Donor’s Profile – Search for and select the donor’s account.
  3. Access Account Settings – Click the three-dot menu next to "Account Active."
  4. Send Reset Email – Select "Reset Password and Send Email."
  5. Donor Receives Reset Link – The donor will receive an email with instructions to reset their password.
