In order to officialy request the cancellation of your Ministry Designs' Website account, you must follow the following steps.
1) Head over to ministrydesigns.help and submit a ticket, using the button in the top right corner of the page.
2) Next, fill out a ticket request to cancel your account. You must make sure the Ticket Topic is "Account - Cancellation" and all the required fields are filled out. Lastly, and most importantly, you must enter in your Ministry Designs Customer Number correctly. We will not close any account without first verifying you have the authority to make the request. Your Ministry Designs Customer Number provides us with the verification that you have that authority.
