1. Select the Menu widget
2. Click "Edit" or left-click twice on the Menu widget to prompt the new window that appears in Step 3.
3. Click the pencil icon to edit a specific menu item
4. Make sure that "Go to Page" is selected when you link the menu item
5. Select the needed page from a dropdown
6. The "Open in" dropdown has "Current Window" and "New Window" options. The page that is linked to the menu item will load in the current browser tab or a new browser tab, respectively
7. An anchor is a specific location within a webpage or document that can be linked to. For more information about anchors, please refer to this guide
8. Click "Save" to confirm the changes in the menu item
9. Click "Save Menu" to update the menu
10. Now you have a menu item linked to a page. Click "Close"
11. Click "Save" for the changes to reflect on the page
