Applying and Removing Tags in Giving
Tags help categorize and organize donors within your system. You can easily add or remove tags from a donor's profile.
How to Apply a Tag to a Donor
- Navigate to the People Section – In your Organizational Dashboard, select the People tab.
- Find the Donor’s Profile – Search for and select the donor's account.
- Access the Tags Section – Scroll to the Tags area in the donor's profile.
- Add a Tag – Use the dropdown menu to select the desired tag(s), then click "Apply Tags."
- Verify Application – The tag(s) will move to the Current Tags section.
How to Remove a Tag from a Donor
- Go to the Donor’s Profile and locate the Current Tags section.
- Click the Trash Icon next to the tag you want to remove.
- Confirm Deletion – Click "Yes, Please Delete Tag" to remove it.
