Create a new page layout with header and footer
1. Navigate to your admin panel > pages
2. Click on the desired page
3. Click "Design"
4. Clear the checkbox to disable the header.
5. Check the box to enable the header.
6. Click this drop-down list to select a header from the existing options.
7. Click this button to add new Header
8. Enter the name of the header
9. Click "Add"
10. Clear the checkbox to disable the Footer.
11. Check the box to enable the Footer.
12. Click this drop-down list to select a footer from the existing ones.
13. Click this button to add new Footer
14. Click the "New Section Name" field.
15. Enter the name of the Footer
16. Click "Add"
