How to Customize Your Automatic Response Email Appearance
Personalize the Emails Sent to Visitors Who Interact with Your Church Online
When a visitor fills out a form, schedules a visit, or interacts with your Connect panel, they’ll receive an automatic email response. Customizing the appearance of this email ensures it reflects your church’s branding and creates a welcoming experience.
1. Access Your Email Appearance Settings
- Log into your Connect Dashboard.
- Click Settings → Panel Settings → Email Appearance.
2. Customize Your Email Branding
Set the Sender Name & Reply Address
- Email Sender Name → Enter your church name (e.g., Omega Church).
- Reply-To Email → Choose an appropriate address for responses (e.g., office@omegachurch.com).
- You can also use a no-reply email (e.g., no-reply@omegachurch.com) if responses aren’t needed.
Brand Your Email Colors
- Border & Button Colors → Match these to your church’s brand by selecting a color or entering a hex code.
- Email Logo → Upload your church logo to appear in every automatic email.
Add a Footer Note or Signature
- Include a personal message, church contact info, or a closing blessing at the bottom of every email.
3. Save Your Changes
Click Save to apply your updates. Your visitors will now receive branded, welcoming emails whenever they interact with your Connect panel.
