How to Download and Publish Your Christmas Page

This document explains how to download, configure, and publish the Ministry Designs Christmas page on your website, and how to add it to your site’s navigation menu.

Step 1: Log in to Your Website Builder

Log in to your website builder account using your usual credentials.
After you are logged in, proceed to the settings area.

Step 2: Open the Settings and Updates Section

At the top options bar, click Settings.

On the left-hand side of the Settings screen, click Updates.

Step 3: Run the Available Update

In the Updates section, locate the available update and click Update.

Once the update has successfully completed, click Continue to proceed.

Step 4: Open the Design Kit Library

In the top-right corner of the builder, open the Design Kit Library.
If you do not see “Design Kit Library” by name, click the shopping bag icon to access it.

Step 5: Locate the Christmas Page Design

On the left side of the Design Kit Library, you will see options for Blocks and Pages.

Click Pages, then locate the Christmas category.
Browse the Christmas designs; the most recent 2026 design will be at the bottom of the list.
Click the green Download button for the 2026 Christmas page.
After the installation finishes, click Continue.

Step 6: Open the Newly Added Christmas Page

At the top bar of the builder, click Pages in the top left.

In the list of pages, find your new Christmas page, which has now been added. Click on it to open the page editor.

Step 7: Adjust Page Properties (Name and URL)

On the right side of the screen, under Page Properties, you can modify details such as the page name and page URL to match your preferred naming and link structure.

Step 8: Disable the Existing Global Header for This Page

You may see both your existing site header and the new Christmas header on the page. Do not delete the existing header block directly, as this can remove it from multiple pages across your site.

Instead, under Page Properties, click Design.

In the design options, uncheck the Header box to turn the global header off for this page only.

This preserves your header on other pages while allowing the Christmas header to display here.

Step 9: Edit the Christmas Page Content

You can now edit the Christmas page like any other page on your site.
Click the Edit button to begin customizing.

You can add additional blocks and layout elements as needed.

You can also add widgets and other components to enhance the page content.

Go through the page and update all areas that show placeholder content such as “your church” or a default logo. Replace these with your correct church name, logo, and other relevant information.
When you are finished editing (or want to preserve your progress), use Save Draft in the top right.
When you are ready for the page to go live, click the green Publish button.

Step 10: Add the Christmas Page to Your Site Menu

To add the new Christmas page to your navigation menu, click inside the Menu widget on your page.
On the right-hand side, click the blue Edit button for the menu.

Click Add Item to create a new menu entry.

Enter the name you want to display in the menu for this page (for example, “Christmas” or “Christmas Service”).

Step 11: Link the Menu Item to the Christmas Page

Under the Link To setting, choose the destination for this new menu item.

Select Go To Page as the link type.

From the list of pages, select your new Christmas page.

Click Add to insert this item into your menu.

Scroll down to see where the new menu item has been placed. You can click and drag it to reorder the item anywhere you want within the menu bar.
When finished, click Save Menu and then Close.

Step 12: Save and Preview the Live Page

In the top right corner of the builder, click Save to store all changes.

Next, click View Page to preview how the Christmas page appears on your live site.

You can always return to the editor to readjust rows, content, or layout as needed.
Now, your new Christmas page should be accessible from your site’s navigation.

You can click on your new Christmas page from anywhere on your site to confirm it is properly linked and functioning.
