1. You can embed an Instagram post without the API with the Embed Widget. Go to your Instagram account, find the required post, click the "..." icon at the top right of the post, and Click "Embed".
2. Enable the "Include caption" checkbox if you also need to include the caption
3. Click "Copy embed code" and go back to the admin panel
4. Drag and drop the Embed Widget to the page
5. Select the Embed widget
6. Paste the embed code into the "Paste HTML Code" field
7. Click "Save" to confirm the changes
8. Click "View Page" to see the results
9. This is how it will look as a result. The Instagram Post has been successfully embedded
