Adding a Manual Donation in Giving

 

You can manually record cash or check donations for a specific donor in their profile.

How to Add a Manual Donation

  1. Navigate to the Donor’s Profile – In your Organizational Dashboard, go to the People tab and select the donor’s account.
  2. Access the Donations Tab – Scroll to the Donations section.
  3. Enter Donation Details – Fill in:
    • Amount – Enter the donation value.
    • Fund – Select the appropriate fund (e.g., Missions).
    • Payment Type – Choose Cash or Check.
  4. Add the Donation – Click the “Add Donation” button.

The donation will now appear in the donor’s history with the date, time, amount, fund, and payment method recorded.
