Revoking and Restoring Donor Access in Giving

 

If a donor's account or payment method has been compromised, you can revoke their system access to prevent unauthorized activity.

How to Revoke Donor Access

  1. Navigate to the People Section – In your Organizational Dashboard, select the People tab.
  2. Search for the Donor – Use the search bar to find the donor’s account.
  3. Revoke Access – Click the three-dot menu next to their name and select "Revoke System Access."
  4. Confirmation – The donor's access will be locked, and their status will show "Access Revoked."

Restoring Donor Access

  • Follow the same steps above and select "Grant System Access" to reactivate their account.
