The Phone Contact Tool in Connect allows website visitors to call your church staff, leadership, or specific ministry teams directly from their mobile device or computer. This tool ensures that people can reach the right person at the right time, whether they have general inquiries, need prayer, or require pastoral support.


1. What Is the Phone Contact Tool?

The Phone Contact Tool enables churches to:

✅ List multiple contact numbers for different departments.
✅ Set availability hours to avoid calls outside of work hours.

    • After Hours Only (For emergency or urgent support only.)

💡 Tip: If you don’t want members calling at night, set this tool to Working Hours Only.


4. Adding Contact Locations and Numbers

Step 3: Creating Call Locations

  1. Click “Add New Contact Location”.
  2. Enter the Name of the Contact (e.g., Pastor John or Church Office).
  3. Enter the Phone Number.
  4. (Optional) Add an Address if calls should be location-specific.
  5. (Optional) Set Work Hours for availability.
  6. Click “Update” to save changes.
