How to Use Blog Applied Filters Widget?

Display active filters for better navigation

1. The Applied Filters widget is used to display the filters users have selected, providing clarity and an easy way for them to manage their choices while browsing or searching. It can display the results from the Filters widget and Search widget. Drag and drop the Applied Filters widget on the page

2. Select the Applied Filters widget to edit the settings described in step 3 and further

3. Click the toggle button to show the taxonomy group names in the Applied Filters widget. If the toggle button is turned off, only the taxonomy items will be shown

Also, you can click the toggle button to show the search results from the Search widget. If the toggle button is turned off, the search results will only be displayed in the Search widget

Additionally, you can specify spacing between groups and spacing between elements. It can be 0, small, medium, or large.

4. Click the toggle button to show the Label in the Applied Filters widget. If needed, you can rename it to something else in the corresponding field. Also, you can set the spacing between elements, it can be 0, small, medium, or large.

5. If needed, you can rename the Reset button to something else. Additionally, you can set the spacing between elements, it can be 0, small, medium, or large.

6. On the live website, the widget will show results based on your selections. If you search for a post with a specific category and tag, it will display the chosen category, tag, and your search term

7. Switch to the Design tab

8. Here you can specify a Text Style for the following: Label, Group, Item, or Reset. Text Styles are used to create consistent and reusable formatting for text across the website. For more information on Text Styles, please refer to this guide

9. Click "Save" to confirm the changes
