How to Use the Main Color Palette?

Manage and apply colors across your website

1. The Colors tab allows you to quickly adjust colors across your entire website. Click the Colors tab

2. There are five main colors. The main colors ensure that all elements on the website (e.g., buttons, links, headers, and accents) use a cohesive color scheme, making the design look professional and unified. The main colors automatically generate five different shades of color, which depend on the main color brightness

The 5 different shades generated are variations of the main color (lighter or darker) and are created to provide flexibility for:

  • Contrast: Ensuring text or elements are readable on different backgrounds (e.g., darker shade for text on a light background).
  • Hierarchy: Use lighter or darker tones to differentiate primary buttons, hover effects, or secondary elements.
  • Design Balance: Avoiding the overuse of a single shade, creating visual harmony with gradients or subtle differences.

Click on the color to change it with the Color Picker

3. This is how it will look after changing the main color to purple. The color change is present not only in this background but across the entire website

4. In case you don't want the new color and want to reset to the colors you initially had, click the reset button

5. The More Colors palette affects secondary or optional elements (e.g., some fonts, icons, dividers, decorative graphics, or minor backgrounds) that don’t use the main color palette. This allows you to differentiate these elements from the primary color scheme. Click on the color to change it with the Color Picker

6. This is how it will look after changing the additional color to gold yellow. The welcome text that was initially white is now gold yellow.

7. Click the save button to confirm the changes
