How to use the Popup widget?

Set up and customize popups to display announcements

1. A popup widget is a small window or box that appears on top of the content you are viewing.

It is typically used to grab visitors attention for things like announcements and sign-up forms. Popups can be triggered by different actions, such as scrolling down the page or spending a certain amount of time on the website. Drag and drop the popup widget on the page.

2. Select the Popup widget to edit the Settings described in Step 3 and further

3. Select a popup that should open with the Popup widget. If you don't have a popup yet, you can create one in the Pages - Popups section

4. Specify the appearance condition for a popup. The following conditions are available:

Over Time - the popup will appear after a specified delay

Placement - the popup will appear when the user scrolls to the section where the popup is located

5. Set the delay for the Over Time appearance condition

6. Specify the recurrence condition for the popup. The following options are available:

Once per Session - the popup will reoccur only once if your browser is open. If you close the browser and open it again with your website, it will appear again per a browser Session

Fixed Amount of Times - the popup will reoccur only a specific number of times. The max value for a fixed amount is 10

Over Time - set days and hours for popups to reoccur. The maximum amount of days can be set to 365, and hours can be set to 23 hours, respectively

Always - the popup will appear every time the page is visited again or reloaded.

7. Click "Save" to confirm the changes
