The Applied Filters widget is used to display the filters users have selected. If disabled, it will only show the taxonomy items like Tag 1, Category 1, and so on **Show Search Query toggle button** -if enabled, will show the Search Query result from the Search Widget You can also specify spacing between groups and elements. The Label toggle button, if enabled, shows the Label for the Applied Filters widget. You can rename it to something else and specify the spacing between the elements. If needed, you can rename the Reset button to something else. Additionally, you can specify spacing between elements.
