How to use the SoundCloud widget?

Embed SoundCloud tracks and playlists on your site

1. The SoundCloud widget allows you to display and play audio tracks directly from SoundCloud within a website. It lets visitors listen to music without having to leave your site. Drag and drop the SoundCloud widget onto the page

2. Select the SoundCloud widget to edit the settings described further

3. Click the pencil icon to insert Track/Playlist ID or Embed Code

After the Embed code is inserted, it will automatically convert into the Track ID. In other words, it's the same thing.

4. Go to the Soundcloud website and locate the track or playlist you want to embed. Click on the "..." dots

5. Click "Share"

6. Click "Embed"

7. Copy the embed code from this field and go back to the admin panel

8. Paste the embed code in the field and click "Apply"

Visual Mode

9. Select "Visual" from the dropdown to change the SoundCloud appearance

10. This is how it will look on the preview. The cover image for SoundCloud is enlarged and used as a background

11. Set the SoundCloud height

12. Enable or disable the username with the "Show Username" checkbox for SoundCloud

13. If enabled, it will look like this. The artist's name can be seen

14. Enable or disable comments with the "Show Comments" checkbox

15. If enabled, it will look like this. You can see the user profiles that commented on the track in SoundCloud.

16. Enable autoplay for the SoundCloud widget

Please note that this feature may not work in some browsers.

Classic Mode

17. Select "Classic" from the dropdown to change the SoundCloud appearance. The only difference the Classic Mode has is the ability to show/hide the cover image and set the color for the button.

18. This is how it will look on the preview. The SoundCloud has its default appearance with fixed height

19. Enable or disable the cover with the "Show Cover" checkbox

20. If disabled, it will look like this. The cover image is hidden

21. Enable autoplay for the SoundCloud widget

22. Select a color you need for the SoundCloud play button. Please refer to this guide that explains how to select the exact color you want with the Color Picker

23. The play button color has been changed to black

24. Now you have added a Soundcloud widget to your page. Click "Save"
