How to Connect Google Calendar in Events?
Sync your events with Google Calendar
1. The Events Settings - Calendar tab allows you to connect Google Calendar to your website and synchronize it with the Events Posts.
2. If Google Calendar is already connected, you'll see a message that says so. If you haven't connected it, you can connect it in Settings - Integration
3. When connecting Google Calendar, you can either assign events to a Primary Calendar or specify a different Google Calendar for each event based on their Categories or Tags from a taxonomy.
- If a Primary Calendar is enabled, all events will sync both to the Primary Calendar and any individually assigned Google Calendars.
- If the Primary Calendar is disabled, events will sync only to their assigned Google Calendars.
This setup allows church administrators to decide how events are displayed across multiple calendars. Click "+" to add a Primary Calendar.
4. Select an existing Calendar from the dropdown or click "Create New". Click "Apply" afterwards
5. Specify the new Calendar name and click "Apply"
